Well… I must say I actually do like this. Earlier, I was thinking about if I saw another inaccurate art piece, I might shank someone. Thankfully, that need is no longer needed. I really like it.

i went on the theasurus just to find words other than amazing to describe this artwork, this artwork is… prodigious, exceptional, phenomenal, stupendous, striking, miraculous.
i just favourited this, young Katniss look so pretty, and Peeta looks great too, i love this scene from the book.

this is just perfect! usually theres always something off about katniss in most artwork but samuria got her PERFECT! i love it! they even look younger! and i agree with kirsty peetas facial expresstion is amazing!

This is one of those rare pieces that speaks to you even if you’re unaware of the context of the scene. The artist flawlessly represents the characters without seeming awkward or too stiff. The atmosphere is perfect.
I love this one.

AMAZING!!
I just want to say I’m so relieved that some fanartist captured Katniss as she is. I was tired of seeing her as a pale young woman or fancasted as a pale actress when her skin is olive.

No matter how you see her when you’re reading:
This is how she ACTUALLY looks, despite how so many people picture and depict her as pale and with brown hair (uh no).
