Chris Hemsworth Talks About His Relationship With Josh Hutcherson & Liam
Movieline spoke to Chris Hemsworth about Josh / Liam:
“I worked with Josh Hutcherson on Red Dawn and had such a great time with him,” said Hemsworth. “I still keep in contact with the guy. And Liam, obviously we run our stuff together and go over auditions and work together. Having worked with both of them, they’re both incredibly dedicated actors. And it’s the best combination. They know each other outside of this as well, and I couldn’t be happier that they’re working together, especially on a film like this which has such a fan base,” Hemsworth added. “People are very dedicated and passionate about it, and I think they can feel safe that [the filmmakers] have made the right choice.”
Perhaps Chris can play Haymitch. Just a thought.

Chris as Haymatich? hahaha no way. He doesn’t look old enough for Haymitch. This is definitely a long shot, but I still think Hugh Jackman should play the part…again, it’s a long shot. Probably not even a possibility.
But anyways, I think everyone just needs to calm down about this new casting decision. The directors know what they’re doing, and it seems like everyone but the few whiny complaining fans are satisfied. my advice? JUST. BREATHE. and calm down. =)

Everytime they say this kind of stuff, it makes me more happy these people were casted, so
I hope the movie is going to be great… We can at least give them a chance, we warmed up to Jennifer, did we not… So we will deff. warm up to them, they weren’t in my list when the news came out, but The Hunger Games is always making the right choices for some reason. I don’t know why though. May the odds be ever in your favor

Yeah I don’t like the idea of him being Finnick he seems too old. And as for Haymitch, NO! I’m not sure who I want as Haymitch everybody keeps saying RDJ but just like MissApae said, he’d be to distracting and there’d be to much of a big hype about him because he’s such a big star! I don’t mind him, but I’d rather have someone like Woody Harelson? Idk how to spell his last name but I gives off this Haymitch-y vibe to me, plus he has a similar since of humor like Haymitch. I will admit, Josh Hutcherson was chubby as a little kid in Bridge To Terabithia and Firehouse Dog (but in a totally adorable little kid way ;D) but he is in no world fat. This is why so many stars end up with eating disorders. From fans saying they’re fat, when they’re perfectly healthy! Even people saying JLaw needs to be immaciated to play Katniss. It just totally pisses me off.
