Lamb Stew with Dried Plums

I realize I’ve already posted another food post in the last day, but I managed to knock two Hunger Games dishes off my to-do list in one Sunday, this second one being the most famous of all dishes in the series: Lamb Stew with Dried Plums. My first attempt was an awful stew, but this second try came out delicious! For the recipe, go to Fictional Food.

Looks tasty! Wonder if it can be adapted for a slow cooker?

@Brandon A good point, but Katniss eats this as a buffet item at breakfast and serves herself. It wouldn’t be all fancy pants plating!

I don’t eat lamb(I find it cruel to kill an animal for meat before it has fully grown) but good job, Crystal!

How do you make such pretty food!? I tried making the chicken/rolls/orange sauce meal and it came out looking horrifying.

@Alexa I’ve been a food blogger for over 4 years and am a cookbook author, so I’ve got some practice, but even then I still take some awful photos! Thanks for the nice compliment. :)
