I realize I’ve already posted another food post in the last day, but I managed to knock two Hunger Games dishes off my to-do list in one Sunday, this second one being the most famous of all dishes in the series: Lamb Stew with Dried Plums. My first attempt was an awful stew, but this second try came out delicious! For the recipe, go to Fictional Food.

wow, good job!
Looks amazing [:
Yummy i love lamb and great job by the way! (:
This makes me hungry…
Sigh! The people in the Capitol have it made!
I want! I’m hungry, it’s not fair… may try this one someday
I’ll have to try that sometime.
Sorry if this is totally off topic, but click thumbs up if you like cheez
I said I was sorry! And plus, that does look yumm
I want to eat it !It looks sooooooooooooooooooooi good
Looks tasty! Wonder if it can be adapted for a slow cooker?
I think the food in the Capitol looked more extravangant than that. just saying.
@Brandon A good point, but Katniss eats this as a buffet item at breakfast and serves herself. It wouldn’t be all fancy pants plating!
That looks delicious!!
Bon appetit!
Wow, it looks delicious!
yummmyyyyyyyyyyyy
I dont even like lamb, but this looks yummy! May just try this some time!
Do u actually get to eat the dishes?? Hahaha
Wow, this is great! Looks good, but, I imagined it more, soupy, and stew-ish. This is great though!
Omg I’m sooo hungry now!!!!! Look delicious!!!
I don’t eat lamb(I find it cruel to kill an animal for meat before it has fully grown) but good job, Crystal!
How do you make such pretty food!? I tried making the chicken/rolls/orange sauce meal and it came out looking horrifying.
@Alexa I’ve been a food blogger for over 4 years and am a cookbook author, so I’ve got some practice, but even then I still take some awful photos! Thanks for the nice compliment.
ok so this looks rlly good and exactly how i pictured it….but wat’re theyy gonna do about the strange fruits…like the pale purple melon?………….i cnt say i’ve evr seen one but i could be wrong, there could be one out there somewhere.
