FAME: Suzanne Collins Bio-Comic by Bluewater Productions Available for Pre-Order

Comic publisher Bluewater Productions has announced a bio-comic about Suzanne Collins’ rise to fame with her popular Hunger Games trilogy. Written by Hunger Games Examiner’s Sara Gundell and Niño Harn Cajayon, the comic will be 40 pages and is part of a series of comics started in 2010.
“Fame: Suzanne Collins” explains her interest in writing and how she began writing “Hunger Games” and is written by Sara Gundell with art by Niño Harn Cajayon and Joe Phillips providing the cover art.
“Suzanne Collins has already wowed legions of fans with her ‘Hunger Games’ books, yet most know very little about the woman herself,” said Gundell. “With the movie version of ‘The Hunger Games’ coming out next year, it seemed only fitting to share her story with fans.” Darren Davis, president of Bluewater Comics, said he is excited to promote the story of a person who makes reading fun for kids.
FAME: Suzanne Collins
can be pre-ordered on Amazon for 7.99 and will be released around November 2011.

No but everytime I’m at the supermarket or something I hope to see her…
My neighbor goes to school with her daughter!
I’m a little confused. Why are they making a comic about this? I don’t read comics, so maybe that is why I don’t understand, but this seems kind of weird. Don’t get me wrong, I love HG and would love to read more about Ms. Collins, but this seems…..I dunno, a little strange. Also, am I the only one who thinks the hands-looking-like-a-bird thing is incredibly dorky?
Go Hunger Games… and go Gale! It should have been him….
