Hm… not quite. There’s a glimpse at the sign to District 11, which is in the second half for sure. |

Anyone else dying of suspense here? |
| by Kelsey G in November 14 - 10:03 am |
I like the fact that they didn’t show a lot. It keeps us guessing which in turn keeps everyone hooked. I loved the trailer! I especially loved the line by Cinna! |
| by FinnickLover in November 14 - 10:04 am |
I think that it was appropriate that there was no kissing between Peeta and Katniss. BEcause that would kill it Irekon. |
| by Wallace in November 14 - 10:08 am |
@FinnickLover . Will there be a blood poisoning scene? |
| by HG_fan in November 14 - 10:19 am |
I think Effie looks a little bit too weird … |

I liked the trailer, but that red dress is a disappointment. And holy balls, Stanley Tucci looks like a creeper, but a totally awesome Panem creeper. |

I’m not sure which thread is the best for trailer reactions but I just have to say, HOLY. CRAP. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE IT |

I totally agree about the Red dress..I hope the Costume Designer lives up to the book |

It’s good that they don’t give away to much, I never liked that about the Twilight trailers… |
| by BEE in November 14 - 12:23 pm |
Stanley Tucci… wow. Lol Did anyone catch the tiny glimpse of Katniss ‘on fire’? |

The cliffhanger’s an interesting idea, and the countdown is thrilling, but it may have been a mistake not to show any of the events inside the arena. If someone who doesn’t know the books sees this, are they going to be intrigued enough by the cliffhanger to buy into the film? Especially the romantic angle with Peeta and Katniss. That started in the interview segments; I’m surprised they didn’t give us any of that. The trailer was good for hardcore fans but it remains to be seen whether it appeals to a wider audience that’s necessary for a film to succeed. |

@RENEE, based on the reactions I’ve heard/read from people who haven’t read the book, the cliffhanger is largely having the same effect on them as it is on us! The end of the trailer leaves everyone at the edge of their seats, and gets them really pumped to see the actual movie! I think it’s genius! |
| by Renee in November 14 - 3:30 pm |
@SMA11, that’s good, since the trailer is about to hit a huge audience! |

That countdown at the end is more then enough to draw people into the movie. I’ve been with these books since the beginning, waiting for the rest of the series to be released, and I am proud to say we have been watching the birth of a phenomenon. When the Huger Games hits the big screen, critics will be blown away. We got this :L |

Honestly i loved this trailer but there were some parts where i was like eh. Like with her interview dress. And how effie looked a little TOO ridiculous. But i have to say i loved liam and josh as peeta and gale. And all of the tributes looked great (: |

I loveeeeeeee loveee loveee josh hutcherson as peeta after seeing this (: and even liam as gale. And cinna seemed good to ! but i liked the thought of jennifer lawrence when she was first cast but after seeing the trailer i liked her as katniss way less. And district 12 looked NOTHING like i imagined it would look. But im still gonna see the movie. Haha |

The only thing I wish for Caesar is for blue lipstick. I don’t see blue lipstick on Stanley, but the hair is perfect |

I’m not sure about the capitol…it looked a little too industrious to me…i imagined it much more colorful and bright with taller buildings. but you never know, they didn’t show much. |

OMG THEY PUT THE 2 THINGS I WAS HOPING FOR IN THE TRAILER! |
| by Sky in November 14 - 9:47 pm |
So I rewatched it, for like the millioneth time, and only just now noticed the numbers on everyone’s training uniforms, how cool is that? And I have decided Seneca Crane’s beard is the best beard ever! |
