Yes, I feel terrible, but I voted for Les Miserables instead of the Hunger Games. Partially because I felt like THG is getting tons of attention (all of it well deserved) and my dear Les Mis only got much when Taylor Swift got offered a role. *sigh* I think I like both fandoms equally, though.

Why does there have to be a feud among Twilight, Harry Potter, the Hunger Games, etc. fans? Each series is completely different from the others and there really shouldn’t be a comparison among them. Personally, I am a fan of all three. However, we all are entitled to be a fan of one, some, or none of them because we all have differing interests. There’s no need to fight over it. If you don’t like a book series, then stick to talking about books you do like. Optimism is a powerful thing, people. Books are simply for our entertainment, not confrontation.
