Remember when Katniss is looking at all her snazzy gadgets and machines in her room at the Capitol’s Training Center? She walks around the room eating goose liver and puffy bread. This time I’ve tackled that by making a foie gras croissant. If you’re okay with eating foie gras, it makes for a really decadent Hunger Games party food! Get the recipe on Fictional Food.
