Capitol Colours Available on Amazon

A Third party seller on Amazon has put up the Capitol Colours line of nail polish up for sale on Amazon and for some reason (probably a glitch), it says “In Stock”, even though these aren’t out until March 1 (Hot topic ships on the 29th). Each color is available, but the price ranges from $5.99 to $9.00, with the best prices being for Agro and Riveting.

hey everyone! SO excited for these polishes! i actually got an email confirmation from hot topic that my polishes shipped and should be arriving tomorrow!! i think the release from them was the 22nd :)

just went on the site, and it does say the 29th! i ordered mine a while ago, so maybe they are sending in batches and they need to restock?

honestly.. I don’t understand the point of these nail polishes. Okay, they have Hunger Games names. But they’re just like any other nail polishes.
