During my 15 minutes with the gamemakers I would probably do absolutely nothing and just sit around and start talking to the gamemakers about the food they are eating. And then they’ll be like, “What the heck is wrong with this person?” And i’ll get a 1, and still die in the areana XD

I would climb trees or rocks, if they were there. Rock climbing is one of my favorite sports, and I figure that would be pretty useful if I had to go into the arena. Besides, I would try to avoid any fighting, so climbing and hiding would be my strategy.

I would either shoot arrows or make snares or paint some camoflauge. I’m not sure… Haha I don’t think I would get a very good score, because I am not very talented in the survival area. Maybe a 3 or 4 at most?

I would show them how awesome I am first to woo them with my charms, followed by the fact that I can also lift heavy things and would like to get in close for some hand to hand combat or for a knife kill.

During my 15 minute session with the gamemakers I would should them physically flexible and quick I am. I would probably do a tumbling sequence into a dive roll and attempt to kick something heavy across the floor. I would then pull a knife from my boot and throw it at the heavy object as it flew across the floor.

I would also try to show off my painting skills like Peeta, even though I’m not at good as him. My speed would be something I would make sure to show them too. Imagine a fast, camoflauged, bow and arrow armed girl in the arena.

What a cool contest idea! For my fifteen minutes, I’d probably try to use axes if they had any. I chop wood for the winter ( New England gal) so I know my way around an ax. Plus, axes show off versatility and power. You can use them to cut wood for a fire, or shelter I suppose, and some other..not so pleasant uses..

I would show off my acrobatic and martial arts skills and how they transfer into a fierce fighting ability. Because of my small size and extreme flexibility, I can hide myself in tiny areas but quickly unleash myself upon my enemy. Even when I am pinned to the ground, I can contort myself out of my enemies grip. I would also use knives during this 15 demonstration since they are small and easy to carry around if I am constantly contorting myself.

And if this doesn’t impress them enough, I will give them a wake up call like Katniss did, but instead of shooting an arrow through an apple at the gamemakers, I would sing until their ears bleed. Hahahaha!

Well, I have been thinking about it since I red the book. I am not good at painting like Peeta, or at troughing arrows like Katniss, so I would’t do any of those things. I think I would learn how to do the snare that Katniss do the first day of training, the one who leaves a human dangling by a leg. Then, to show that it works, I will fall on the trap, and when I were dangling,I cut the rope with my knife. That would be amazing!!

I’ve never had to shoot an animal (or human, for that matter….) but I would be very experienced with shooting the dummies, the targets, splitting the rope like Katniss, anything in the room. I would do lots of camoflage because i am very good at art and i don’t want to sound like everyone else, but a probably would do a little archery because I’ve tried it and I wasn’t completely terrible. I would go to the plants station to try to get an idea of where i would be, then spend the rest of my time doing something that would help me in the arena that i may be going into.

I can’t claim any one thing I’m good at that would help me in the hunger games. I’m not even that great at running. One thing I think would be possible to learn in the training center is traps and snares. In the games I would want to do what the boy did to Rue, get someone in a trap. So, for the judges I would set up the traps I learned and make sure to position the traps near something a tribute would want to go near (i.e. stream for water, berries, etc.) Since those aren’t in the training center I would draw it, representing what it was.

I would do as many things as I possibly could. The first they would see, would be me sprinting through the door, heading to the ropes course. On my way, I would pick up a spear, as well as a sword. I would jump onto the ropes, crouch, and throw my spear at a mannequin. As I am jumping off the course I would slice the ropes behind me so it would start falling (this suggets that someone is “chasing” me, and I am stopping their chase). Then I would pick up two throwing knives mid-run, and throw them at another mannequin (head and chest). I would never stop running this entire time, all 15 minutes I would be showing skill in spear throwing, sword use, knife throwing, agility, traps, endurance, and determination. I might even pick up weights, and throw them as I am running. Again, my idea here is to show how well I could do these skills, without ever stopping.

If i was in the 74th Annual Hunger Games and i was next in my 15 minute session with the Game-makers, i would go up to the gamemakers, stare them into the eye, make 10 flips going backwards avoiding huge balls coming at me from a cannon, then landing, making 10 front-flips toward the game-makers, as balls come from both directions.

Because I haven’t amazing physical strength I would amaze them with my skill of a silver tongue. I would convince them completely with conversation. I would walk them through my devious plan to disassemble any alliances within the Games, including same-District…and my acquiring of essential comrades. Step by step I’d explain how simple it can be to gain someone’s trust who is more powerful than yourself, and to break them down mentally within the incredible pressure of the Games and impending death. And finally how I would make it to the final 2 Tributes and win by not killing a single opponent (though I would if need be) but instead drive them to eliminate themselves. And they will clap for me, because they will think of the ratings.

During my 15 minute evaluation, I would first take every sharp object and throw it to destroy everything i could. This would be to get the judges attention and show them talent with fighting and strength. I would then proceed to take paint and paint another tribute on a mat. When i was done, i would point to the judges, look then square in the face and then finally stab the tribute to show them the life they are destroying and that i am wise to their games.

During my 15 minutes session with the Gamemakers, I would do some random skill that I’m not actually good at, such as wielding a sword, or shooting arrows. I’d purposely fail but try to appear like I’m trying my best. Yes, I’m playing a weak & not-so-skilled character. My goal is to get a low (preferably the lowest among all 24 tributes) training score.

Ever since TheCapitol.PN sorted me to District 1 PN I’ve always started to think like a Career. So since then I always agreed to myself that if ever I am to be included in the Hunger Games I would play a “weakling” character during the training days up until the final session with the gamemakers so I won’t get a high training score and be viewed as a threat by other tributes. I don’t care if appearing “weak” would lessen my chances for sponsors.

But during the Bloodbath @ the Cornucopia, I would surprise the other tributes by showing my real skill (Knives throwing). The element of surprise will gain me an advantage, enough maybe to dominate the weapons & other supplies within the Cornucopia (along with the help of the other Careers, who would maybe by that time decide that I’m better as an ally and make good the Career Pack understanding). With that being said, I wouldn’t really need to worry about getting sponsors if I have the supplies BUT since I showed my REAL SKILL at the bloodbath I might win some sponsors, the sponsors that I didn’t earn with my training score.

If I’m lucky, some would make it to the table of the judges. Basically I want to weaken the competition in a manner that affects the strong as well as the weak, and also strike a small blow against the people judging us.

In my session I would show them my agility and skill. I’d run and do many skills I learned through gymnastics. To be unique, I would have the Gamemakers get physically involved. I would encourage them at any time to surprise me with an attack during the session so I could demonstrate my reflexes and to show I can use their own strength against them.

I’ve never really handled a weapon, but I’m pretty okay with a Bow and Arrow. And I’m not just sayin’ that cause of Katniss. But I think I’m best throwin’ Knives! I’ve thrown some before and I’m a pretty good shot. So I think I would throw knives and such. and if the Gamemakers weren’t paying attention? I think I just might have to give a fly-by shave of Seneca Crane’s Beard. No matter how mesmerizing it is.

I’m pretty small, but I’m stronger then most people would think. So I would throw some weights around and try to impress them not by how much I can lift, but how much compared to my size. Also I would try throwing around some javelins/spears and knives. I play baseball so I’ve got a pretty good arm.

During my fifteen minutes wih the Gamemakers I would probably show them my talent with knives. I’ve practically delt with them my whole life, so that would be to my advantage. Then I would stroll over to the knot-tying station and show them a few good “necklace ropes”. Then jog over to the edible plant station. Because they might mot provide us with food this year, and i need to have that edge. By this time I would have only about five minutes left (by spending five minutes at each station) and mess with some reasonable plants. Nothing too wild . And that’s what it is. It’s probably a lot better than the usual throw a 50lb. weight the whole time by just throwing it and recovering it. Like a dog with a squeaky toy.

In my Training Session I would show them my spped, and possibly complete the Gauntlet (as seen in the Tribute Guild it will be in the movie? and fly a few arrows becuase funny enough I can actually get centere target!

By doing this, i can control the movements of my opponent without them realizing they’re being manipulated. I usually fight with a one-handed sword, so i might show some of my techniques on a practice dummy while I describe my plan.

I’m very clever and quite strong, plus I’m quite confident that I could use a bow & arrow after a few training sessions. Since it’s very hard to show your cleverness I would go for showing my strength, and show them my aim (with bow and arrow, but also with a spear, which, I have to say, can throw very far).
When I still have time, I might set some traps, bit I doubt that will impress them much.

I think that will be it, I don’t think I will get the highest score, but that won’t be the thing I am aiming for anyway. I don’t want the careers tailing me right from the beginning because of my highest score. I don’t want them to feel threaten by me, that way I can get them off guard.

I happen to be clumsy and things thaot stand out about me are my ability with MUSIC (not really useful in the arena) and knowing first aid (saving other tributes would kinda defeat the point of the games?). I’d try to put as much emotion into the painting as I could in the short 15 minutes. Something to show them what they’re doing – ripping apart families and making their life harder than it already is.

I wouldn’t do anything with weapons. Any tribute could do that after training for a while in the Training Center. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words.

My most useful skill for the arena would definitely be my boxing but I certainly wouldn’t show that off during my 15 minutes with the Gamemakers. One of my biggest passions is singing so I’d prepare a performance and just sing them my favourite songs and songs that convey my present feelings. This is important to me considering it could be one of the last times I ever get to sing. This is also a tactical move as I’d probably get a low score and wouldn’t be seen as a threat. This would mean that other tributes wouldn’t be as concerned about approaching and being close to me which works to my advantage considering my main strength is close combat.

i would walk in and say hi im amanda district 12 and i hope you like what i show you! then i would smile and walk along get a dumby and take 2 knives and place them on either side of the head than a rope and tie it in a cool looking knot around its neck! run over and take a bow (i axculy do archery in real life so ya this is cool) and i would load in an arrow and aim and hit its heart! i would soon run over grab some paints and on the dumby “these games are war only one can win may the odds be ever in your favor” then i would turn and say thank you for your time and i hope you take a good long time to think about giveing me a good training score! wink then walk out! ya thats what i would do

I would try to impress them with my flexibility and strength. I don’t look like I’m a strong or big person but I’m actually muscular. I’m pretty strong and looking like the opposite of that would be an advantage.

So, I would try to focus on my non – violent strengths, which would be the Camouflage area. I am one of those girls, that like messing with the dirt. Not afraid to get dirty every now and then.

I am a very all-around girl; I’m above average to talented in logics, creativity, music, sports, etc. so I would show them a little bit of everything. I would go to every station and show them something around my full potential, also demonstrating time management, agility, proficiency, and adaptability though it. My strategy is to lay low and use my wits like Foxface through the finishing of the first 16 or so tributes, then come out fighting through stealth and poison (darts/arrows/etc) in the end.

Being a bboy and free runner i have incredible agility. In the 15 minutes i would flip off walls, flip off tables,….flip off the air. Also i would show them my ninja bboy skills showing i could kill them in a second if they came at me. but if that wasnt going well i’d make them laugh ppl seem to think im funny

I’m very smart and athletic. I don’t think the gamemakers put a pool in the center, can’t show them I can swim. But I guess I’m creative too and can show them I can camouflaging skills or show them how fast I can run or how strong I am even tho I’m little.

In my 15 minutes, I would try to surprise them. If they were acting as they did in Katniss’s session and ignoring me, I would demonstrate my stealth and sneakiness by climbing up to their level and sneaking up behind them. I would then use the bow and arrow to shoot a target from behind them to scare them. In the moments of confusion, I would throw a knife directly into their beloved food, in Katniss’s style, because I share her contempt for their attitudes towards the lives of the tributes- like we are expendable, not worth their time to even watch us try to impress them. After seeing the shock and fear in their faces, I would simply say “May the odds be ever in MY favor.” Then I would leave them there to gawk.
