Jennifer over at Not Your Momma’s Cookies sent us the link to her Mockingjay Cookies, which I loved so much that I had to blog about it both here and on Fictional Food because I think they make a rather amazing dessert for anyone planning a Hunger Games party for next month. I’m not sure I could freehand these myself, I’m much better at working with fondant since I can just keep going with the shaping until I get it right, so hats off to Jennifer for such an amazingly steady hand!

I don’t know . . . seems kind of Capitolesque, don’t you think? It reminds me of Catching Fire, when the Mockingjay pin is so popular and everybody’s putting the image on stuff.
I am soooo making these.
