Amazon has released a list of their top Kindle highlights and there’s no question that ‘The Hunger Games’ reigns supreme, taking up a whopping 20 spots in the top 25 most highlighted passages of all time. The top quote of all time?

Because sometimes things happen to people and they’re not equipped to deal with them.

You can read the whole list here. The Hunger Games can already claim to be the best-selling Kindle series of all time and that probably has a lot to do with the genius idea Scholastic had of making the first ebook a mere $5. Really, who can resist a FIVE DOLLAR BOOK? That’s a surefire way to bring in tons of readers! The Kindle sells for $79.

The only two parts I highlighted in these books are ****SPOILER ALERT FOR MOCKINGJAY!!!!*****”And everyone in thirteen….DEadby morning” and ‘and his blood as it splattered the tiles’. Those parts were just so amazing!!!! I love Peeta and these parts really scared me.

Haha Megan agreed. However, my favorite by far is Katniss at the end of THG when she says about Peeta, “because if he dies, I’ll never go home, not really. I’ll spend the rest of my life in this arena trying to think my way out.” still gives me chills and I know it by heart!
