Suzanne Collins on Forbes’ 10 Rising Stars to Watch

 Every year Forbes publishes their list of the world’s most powerful celebrities in the Celebrity 100. Although Suzanne Collins didn’t make the cut this year, Forbes believe the author is someone “you should be keeping an eye on”

Author Suzanne Collins has a good chance of making the list next year. There are more than 36 million copies of her Hunger Games trilogy in print and the film based on the first book has earned $620 million at the global box office. Collins will get a tiny slice of the profit from the film but it could be enough to land her on our list.

By the time Catching Fire sets the box office alight we would be very surprised if Suzanne doesn’t make the list.
