Lenny Kravitz is re-releasing his 1991 album Mama Said with a digitally remastered and expanded Deluxe Edition out on June 5 and thanks to the folks at EMI Music, we have two copies to give away to two of our readers! If you’re a fan of Lenny or want to hear “Cinna” rock out, keep reading to find out how to enter.

Among the Deluxe Edition’s previously unreleased recordings are several unfinished songs from the Mama Said album sessions, as well as home demos from late in the Let Love Rule era, which would later be finished for inclusion on Mama Said. Others, including “Riding On The Wings Of My Lord” and “Framed, Lying, Crying,” would not be released in any form – until now. Also included is the previously unreleased “It Ain’t Over Til It’s Over” remix 12” (sides A and B) and an unissued five-song live EP recorded in Rotterdam during the Mama Said tour. Official live and studio B-sides are also included, completing the commemorative reissue of this epic classic album.

Regarded as one of the preeminent rock musicians of our time, Lenny Kravitz has transcended genre, style, race and class into a 20-year musical career, one which revels in the influences of ’60s and ’70s soul, rock and funk. In that time, Kravitz has sold nearly 40 million albums worldwide and won four GRAMMY Awards. The artist’s multiple talents as a writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist have resonated through nine studio albums into a timeless catalog.

To enter, all you have to do is comment here and tell us what you loved best about Lenny’s performance as Cinna. Or, if you’re a huge Lenny fan, tell us which of his songs you think would have fit well on the soundtrack! For an extra entry, follow @mockingjaynet and tweet the following:

He was able to capture the goodness of Cinna. Not just his charm but his love for Katniss and his short but sensitive words of wisdom!

Cinna loves Katniss – not in a “lover” way, but in a “son-daughter” way. Lenny captured that, and all the loveliness and kindness of Cinna. He is my favorite character in THG, and I had worries, that Lenny couldn’t play Cinna, but he convinced me! He really did, and I’m so happy that he plays him, and not any other actor. (excuse my english lol)

Lenny was amazing as Cinna. You could see such sincerity in him. You could see how much he cared abouy Katniss.

In the movie, Cinna had few lines. But in those few lines, Lenny Kravitz captured the wisdom, the kindness, and the way he cared so much about Katniss, and Peeta and the rest of the tributes. One of my favourite things about Cinna is that he is from the Capitol, but he has a heart which makes him unlike anyone from the Capitol, or even from the districts, and Lenny Kravitz conveyed those emotions so well. You could tell that his character hated the games. I am looking forward to seeing him in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, though I really am not looking forward to those last few moments, just as Katniss is about to see the arena, when President Snow gets his revenge.

I loved Lenny Kravits as Cinna because it broke boundaries just like it did when he released a rock album! but in a different way, Cinna is a minimalistic character in the over the top world of the Capitol, making Cinna kinda like him! He caught Cinna’s charm and wisdom, and what he stood for in the society he lived in. I feel Cinna and Lenny are infact not too different from eachother! and that is what I loved the most about his performance of Cinna!

Lenny captured the gentleness and difference from the capitol and that was really the most important thing about Cinna. I’m glad I got the same emotional feeling from both Cinnas in the book and movie despite the different ways they were created visually.

Lenny could really capture the Capitol but still be a kind and gentle Cinna. Because he’s not there to make Katniss pretty, he’s there to get her noticed.

I loved everything! Everytime that Cinna was in a scene I was like “AAAAAAAWWWWWWWW” but I also liked Cinna and Katniss’s friendship. I LOVE IT!!!!!

He did a WONDERFUL job portraying the entire character. Especially his emotions and his ability to portray so much with so few words.

I just love seen LK on screen. I didn’t read the books first, I just saw the movie when it came out so I didn’t know Cinna at all or how he was. I ended up loving Cinna as a person in the movie and I think Lenny played a great Cinna.

He portrayed the very kind but daring Cinna very well. I think that he just completely embodied the character perfectly.
