Just caught up with the MTV news! Congratulations Josh!!! Well deserved award! The moment you teared up when Peeta was being brought to the train, I knew you deserved to win something!

Proud of Jen and Josh. I mean, Jen deserves an oscar nomination at least (but they don’t like franchises). But best fight? Nahhhhhhhhh. That was barely a fight. Was a bit shocked that they lost best cast, but Harry Potter deserved it, they can have it next year when they add Finnick, Johanna, Beetee and the rest. Also…Twilight for best movie? Like literally, the worst one of the group. Irritated.

what movie was jen away filming?

well, that went about how i imagined it would, for the most part at least. proud of josh & jen, this movie was all about the acting and they both deserved to win. elizabeth banks didn’t even have competition, really (and her acceptance speech was easily the most hilarious of the night!). i was hoping they’d win best cast, but i’m glad harry potter got that one, it was their last chance, and THG will obviously take it when finnick and johanna get thrown into the mix. ironically, i was hoping harry potter would win best fight, but THG won that one? how does that work? O_o

i knew josh & jen wouldn’t win best kiss, but i was hoping against hope that someone, ANYONE, would take the award away from twilight– weren’t the ron/hermione fans waiting over a decade for their kiss? where did they all disappear off to? =/ and let us not even mention the best movie award. that was complete and utter BS. as usual. *rolls eyes* but everything else was pretty good!

when is the best hero award supposed to happen? harry’s going to win that one, it seems (though i’m really proud of katniss’s performance! she deserves all those votes). but do we get to see daniel accept it at some point?

I’m actually insulted that Breaking Dawn won best movie. And I say that as a Twilight fan.

So pleased at Jen and Josh’s wins. Here’s hoping Hutch really gets to strut his stuff in CF.

I’m pretty sure they’ll take best kiss and cast next time around too. I mean…who would be the competition?

@Alex – sadly, BD part 2 will be in the running.

@SPM Wouldn’t Catching Fire not be out by the 2013 awards though? If it is in June of next year, and CF isn’t out till November then it will be only Breaking Dawn. By CF we won’t have any competition.

@Brittany…millions of tweener fans. Pretty much the same reason THG won for best fight. The actual fighting lasted maybe 17 seconds, the camera was shaky, and not much happened. Not deserved but the fans have their opinion. But yeah…Twilight…I can’t say the first one was any good but they’ve been getting worse and worse.

I literally laughed out loud win Twilight won best movie. Like seriously? What a sick joke! Anyways happy for the THG cast, they owned and yes will be back with a vengeance for CF. And Russell Brand needs to have several seats immediately. I literally cringe and mute my TV when he host. MTV do better and get someone else please! Congrats THG!

before Jodi Foster could even say -light I was yelling mother *you know what* at the screen. Like I would’ve been fine with any of those movies (probably not Bridesmaids…it was good, but not THG HP or the Help good)…but Twilight?

@Carla they did best hero on the show, it was just a tiny little part before a commercial, and Harry potter won. Daniel did not make an acceptance speech.

Anywho, I’m real proud of THG and what they did tonight, honestly it could’ve gone totally in a different direction and we actually did pretty well. As Alex said, soon we won’t have any competition. Not to mention I thought our cast tonight (meaning Jen, Josh, Xander, and Elizabeth) was the funniest and classiest group of people represented tonight. We hav a lot to be proud of and a lot to look forward to.

@Alex I know right! It was just laughable and unbelievable at the same time..smh. And I tried with Russell, I really did just can’t down with him lol!

I’ll be very surprised if CF doesn’t win the Best Kiss award. That said, I don’t know what the competition will be.
