I’m just wondering if any of the people hoping it’s not Sam Claflin were initially dissapointed when JL and JH were cast? It seems it took time for many to be won over by them but now they’re adored by pretty much the whole fandom.

I actually feel bad for Sam Clafin already, even before the news becomes official. I am really starting to think it will be confirmed soon, perhaps by next Monday, since LG seems to like to announce these things on Mondays. Yes there have been a million rumors, but I haven’t heard any that new ones recently, similar to the Jena Malone casting. And it seems that Jena apparently was told to keep mum about the casting for a while, and that perhaps J-Hutch and other castmates knew about it beforehand as well. Hmm, maybe someone reading this is in the news media and can try to get a comment out of Josh about how he feels about the Sam casting…
