UPDATE: A ton of you aren’t leaving your email addresses when you comment. We need to be able to contact you if you win!

As soon as I saw “A”, I fell in love with it. It captures the essence of cooking, and it definitely looks like something that the Capitol could make. It also somewhat reminds me of the book itself, which is fantastic. This cover all in all the best one yet. I can’t wait to see the finished product!
I like H the best. It looks like an actual cookbook, something that would fit in a kitchen, as apposed to A or D which look like novels you would keep on a coffee table or in a bookshelf. Also, it looks the most like a cookbook someone in District 12 would own; plain brown, nothing fancy. Too many HG-related books try and copy the original cover, while H keeps it simple but still connects to the book with the subtle but creative “gold cutlery in a gold circle pin”, or as I like to call it, a mock-mockingjay pin!

I like H.
I like H the best, but it could possibly look a little better with the fire around the symbol as in choice A.
B for sure! It carries a subtle essence of the hunger games hidden within a cookbook cover. LOVE IT!!!
A is the best – very reminiscent of the original hunger games book and the knife/fork instead of seal of panem is very clever.
“J”: I like this option, since there are many images from the book and film that could be used, like nightlock, or a snare etc. This book is a great idea!
My choice is A. The reason is because the cover has many different facets that I think a succesful cover should have. First, it has a nice high contrast between the black and orange colors which attracts the eye. Second, the main picture is obvious, yet still small enough to leave some soace on the cover to add the credits below it. I also like the main logo as it reflects some things that draw the attention of The Hunger Games fans that also watch culinary art shows and are attracted to a knife as a logo. However the artists (or whoever has the decision) choses, all of the above photos are very creative. However, I want the Hunger Games to succeed. And I think in order to succeed, this is the cover that should be used. “Thankyou for your consideration.” (on my vote).
cover A!!!!!!!!!!!
A for sure. It reminds me most of the hunger games poster I have on my wall!
I am totally going for B. It certainly makes it feel chef like , like it came from Hell’s kitchen or some of those tv shows such as Iron chef and what not. It makes it feel like a competition and what better symbol could you use? The hunger games is a competition and that is why i think it is so perfect. The flames are a complete bonus as well! Girl on Fire!! Book on FIRE!!!!
C
A!
D! i love how it stays true to the whole fire theme but without over doing it!
C. It’s the cover that looks the most streamlined- neatest, plus it ties in with the theme of the book.
B! I like how you can faintly see the mockingjay pin and the fire looks neat, too. I think the cover, especially because of the font, really gives you the whole ‘Hunger Games Vibe’. I really like the way it looks. To me, the others don’t really look like they would ‘fit’ the Hunger games.
I think that H is original and fits district 12, but assume that there will also be recipes from the Capitol. My favorite is B
I like C the best because it really captures the book and the idea of food. The flames are very Hunger Gamesy and the knife in the circle really shows that it’s a cookbook and has something to do with The Hunger Games in a more subtle way
I like B. The big bold letters would catch the public’s attention. It also reminds me of “That’s mahogany!” I like the gold ring behind the lettering. The fire is obviously needed for the girl on fire and “Fire is catching, and if we burn you will burn with us.” And one other thing that people may not notice much is Peeta burnt the bread.
Those are the reasons I like B
I think they all look great, but I think Im going to go with letter B because it will remind people of what Katniss says in mockingjay, ” If we burn, you burn with us.” The B cover also reminds me of how Katniss is the Girl on Fire.
G its clear and precise but not tacky! It is something Katniss and Peeta could buy in district 12!
b because it looks like you really want to read it.
When do uou find out who wins?
A!!!!
