Not only have you given me an incredible story that like the others I think about every single day, a true role model (in Katniss) that inspires me to believe in myself, and a whole new perspective on our world and how we cannot stand by and let others suffer, but you have also given me this incredible fandom which to me is nothing leas than family. I love being a fan of THG and it is all thanks to you. Furthermore, you have given me hope as an aspiring writer that through my work I can change the world. You will never know how much this series gave me strength and something to hold onto when I desperately needed it. I’m not exaggerating when I say that THG changed my life. Anyways, i have never fell in love with a book or series as much as I have the Hunger games. You have made katniss such a great female heroine. The Hunger games is all I’ve been reading for the past year. I’m not a writer or anything, I don’t really enjoy writing but o fond it absolutely amazing how one author can change the lives of soo many simply by her work of art. (psst that author is you.)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been said. I never read books that weren’t required in school until I read the The Hunger Games. Your books have shown me a whole another side of literature that I didn’t know existed. Without thg I would have never been introduced to this MARVELous fandom they are like family. Like alot of people have said , there hasn’t been a day that I haven’t thought about thg after I read your books. Almost everything thing I see reminds me of it , these past two weeks the olympic games have been screaming HUNGER GAMES at me haha. Anyway thank you for writing this series, it will go down as one of the best of all time and again HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
