Mockingjay.net Looking for Staffers in France and Germany
As some of you may recall, this past March we advertised that we were looking for more staffers to help with Mockingjay.net. After that posting, we managed to find some truly stellar folks to join our staff including Ciara, Sarah, Tash, Erin, and Gina. However, we do still have two positions open for France and Germany, so if you or anyone you know fits what we’re looking for, please consider applying!
Mockingjay.net has grown into the largest online community for fans of ‘The Hunger Games’, with 39,000 fans on Facebook and over 15,000 Twitter followers. We are looking for staffers located in the following areas:
- France (must be located in or able to travel to Paris)
- Germany (must be located in able to travel to Berlin)
Candidates should meet the following qualifications before applying:
- Have a firm knowledge about ‘The Hunger Games’ trilogy.
- Be readily available via email, phone, and Skype.
- Be able to cover potential events in your area or travel to an event should the need arise.
- Proficient in WordPress and have basic graphic editing skills.
- Have a Facebook account.
- Be friendly, professional, reliable, and ready to learn.
- Must be fluent in both English and your native language.

argh. =/ i’ll be living in berlin from october on, but i don’t know what my schedule will look like, so i can’t commit to anything at this point. i’m also not fluent in german yet, not nearly.
but hey, maybe i’ll be able to meet whoever gets the job, that way i’ll have someone to fangirl with! haha. 
Send an app in anyway, just in case absolutely no one applies from Germany! I’d take someone who can almost speak German over no one at all!
Nothing about Spain?
Why these countries in particular? Just curious.
Because we need coverage at premieres and Paris and Berlin had them.
@crystal– i think i’ll just wait until i actually get to berlin (a little over a month from now), and if you haven’t found anyone by then, i’ll send an app in. though i intend to be at the catching fire premiere either way, haha!

I’m French and will be living in Paris from September. Although, as I will aslo be working, I’d like to know how much of my time this could take. Sounds really interesting though !
