Watch a new behind-the-scenes clip of ‘The Hunger Games’ extra features in this one titled ‘Designing the Capitol’, revealed today by IGN. Only three days left!
I love it! But I’m super upset that we have no casting update today :/
I’d like it better if it resembled ancient Rome… but they did a pretty good job with the Capitol overall

I like how they go into details for the city. It looks simple on the surface but still complex. Since Panem took place in post-apocalyptic, they better not reenact something from ancient. Because they has rail transport which looks like mix of German ICE and monorail? Totally futuristic. Just my 2 cents.
@Catnip did you mean to write Champs-Élysées because i’m from france and i can tell you that’s not how it’s written, to me that square in the capitol looks sort of like mash up between Tiananmen square in Beijing and Place de la Concorde in Paris, love the way they designed the capitol
