If you’re all set for the midnight release parties going on tomorrow night, but still need some help planning your viewing party, I’ve put together a little menu based off of my Fictional Food recipes to give your party a little Capitol flair. Hope you all have great plans for the weekend!

Oh how my mouth waters….
First of all, what a great menu. I might try some of those.
Second, for all you Norwegians out there (well, the ones who live in Bergen) the Hunger Games is already being sold on PlayCom on Åsane Senter. I don’t think they know they’re early (I bought it yesterday) despite all the posters. So if you want it NOW go there.
Haha, I’m hosting a Hunger Games birthday party and I’m having a Capitol feast, inspired by your website! I’m serving Goat’s Cheese and Apple Tarts, Lamb and Dried Plum Stew, and (maybe!) Raspberry Soup. Love the work you do!
@Natasha– that sounds like the best birthday dinner EVER!!
Hmmm…I have the Unofficial Hunger Games Cookbook…maybe I should put together a snack for my family instead of popcorn for Saturday! And @Natasha: sounds amazing!
I am making food tomorrow for my little release party as well. Lamb stew, Mellark Bakery French Bread, the goat cheese and apple tarts… I have the Unofficial HG Cookbook too.
Just to warn people, I’ve read some pretty awful things about the cookbook about how a lot of the baking recipes don’t work.
That sounds so good !!!!!!!!!!! My mouth is watering i cant wait to eat it
