Introducing The Monthly Mockingjay Newsletter
Before I ever became involved in Mockingjay.net, I’d come to visit the site now and then to read up on casting and see if there was anything new. The only downside was that when I’d come here, there was a lot of news to keep up on, sometimes a little too much. And yet I still had to know what was going on.
To help fans that are in the same situation that I used to be in, Mockingjay.net will now be putting out a monthly newsletter called The Monthly Mockingjay with the most pertinent news aggregated into one nice email containing links to the story on the site. This will enable all you busy fans to still stay in the loop while not needing to sift through the deluge of news we tend to post here on a daily basis.
To sign up for The Monthly Mockingjay, simply fill out our form with your email address. The Monthly Mockingjay will be released at the end of each month starting with a September 2012 issue.

Thank you so much! I didn’t really have this problem before because I came on here virtually every day for a year and a half and I read every single piece of news there was from the day the movie was officially announced to February this year. But one day I went away, maybe November or something like that,and I missed out on a load of posts and I went back and started reading them and by the time it was March I had just caught up with February but I wanted to go ahead and read about what people were saying after the movie was out. I decided I would continue to catch up when I had a lot of time but there’s just too much to catch up on now. I’ve fallen back a little bit but I still come on here sometimes to see the important news so I think this will help a lot.
I use Google Reader with feeds from the most popular hunger games fansites, including this, so it’s not much of a problem for me, but gonna subscribe anyways
i do check this site a lot:) but it’s really nice to have this. great idea. I was gone, for example on vacation, and missed out on like A MONTH of news! Instead of having to keep hitting “previous” and trying to keep everything straight, I will now be looking forward to my monthly newsletter! Thanks!
