Jennifer Lawrence Talks Killer Shoes and Flawed Women with USA Today
Jennifer Lawrence talked with USA Today while in Toronto for TIFF and once again showed us all why we love her so much.
She let me try on her heels, which were as painful as she’d promised. She told me her fabulous jumpsuit was “scratchy.” It was. And she’s someone you want to take out for a long night of cocktails. Yes, she’s that great.
Below, the proof.
1. She kicks off “Satan’s shoes” (aka gold stilettos) and lays down on the couch, barefoot, to talk to me.
2. She attributes her success to non-thespian skills. “I started sleeping with all the directors. I slept with 98 percent of them,” she jokes.
3. She’s tired. Very tired. And doesn’t complain. “I might not be making sense. Just change everything.”

Did anyone else think of when they saw the new song from Alicia Keys(“Girl on Fire”) it reminded them of The Hunger Games?

The title instantly reminded me of the HG, but I didn’t really pay attention to the lyrics. I thought it was a cool coincidence!

Alicia Keys actually talked about that. She said it was coincidence and that she had no idea that it was related to The Hunger Games. However, once she found out, she tried getting her song on the soundtrack, but it was too late. She did these interviews with Entertainment Weekly and E!Online so you should be able to find them.

It’s great to see such a grounded actress in Hollywood. Jennifer is very talented and seems so down-to-earth, I’m very glad she’s a part of the Hunger Games franchise

“I started sleeping with the directors.” This is unrelated but I thought of Kristen Stewart and the guy who directed Snow White and the Huntsman… LOL.
But anyway, she’s as amazing as ever.
