Remember Target’s line of high-end ‘The Hunger Games’ merchandise? One of the items was a signed lithograph for $699 (which has now sold out) signed by 10 cast members. Hollywood.com has one of these lithographs up for grabs.
Here’s how you to take aim at the prize:
