If you notice they also seem to be wearing the same shoes. Chances are these might be training center outfits. It’s possible that they will shoot the training center scenes since they are all indoors.

looking at the shoes and the fact that it’s spandex for all of them– even josh was wearing spandex pants (and his training center outfit wasn’t spandex in the first movie, it was more of a sweatpant)– i definitely think it could be the arena outfits. yes, they won’t be shooting the arena until they get to hawaii, but it could also just be a fitting. who knows.

but if those ARE the training center outfits, that’s good with me, too. my hormones appreciate the fact that they’re sleeveless, regardless of where they wear them.

Agreed. Peeta is supposed to look more blonde. The way he looks now doesn’t look natural, and I think it looked better in the first movie. Maybe it’s just a “first coat”? besides, didn’t they bleach his eyebrows the first time around too?
