Elizabeth Banks Talks ‘Catching Fire’ with Teen.com
Elizabeth Banks recently talked briefly with Teen.com about her work on Catching Fire.
“I just met Phillip Seymour Hoffman [Plutarch Havensbee] for the first time, and he’s going to be amazing in the movie. He was doing a scene with Donald Sutherland [President Snow], so it’s really exciting.” Elizabeth, also added that Effie’s clothes this time around are “unreal,” and that “everything is getting taken up a notch.”

I’d only hope everything is better in this one… They have a way bigger budget from all of us obsessing over it, LOL!
I really hope this director gets the key elements, and not just the politics side of the book like Gary Ross did:
there was ABSOLUTELY NO HUNGER in the hunger games, Katniss is not conflicted over Peeta, Mrs Everdeen and Prim leisurely watching the bloodbath, Rue being called a hunter by Caesar even though its illegañ…and I could go on and on.
But apparently for Ross it was crucial to make a 10 minute scene of the reaping

on a contrasting opinion, i do like the subtlety on the first film and believes (and hopes) that more will be touched and expounded on the second movie.
