Behind the Scenes of Jennifer Lawrence’s UK Vogue Cover Shoot

Vogue UK has published a behind the scenes article on Jennifer Lawrence’s cover shoot for the November issue, which we posted about earlier this month.

“I didn’t want to shoot high fashion on her, she’s a really cool Californian type of girl and the fashion this season was so directional – all those heavy jacquard and graphic prints – it just didn’t feel right,” said Burns. The upshot? A series of chunky, slouchy knits with homespun appeal, including Bottega Veneta’s waffle sweater; Ashley Williams’ update on a fisherman’s rib; a cashmere cable knit from Christopher Kane; and a beaded jumper by Burberry.
