Fan Food: Effie Trinket Cupcakes

I baked up some Effie Trinket cupcakes earlier this month and have printable wrappers available on Fictional Food in case you want to make them for yourself!
This is one of my favorite things that you’ve ever made Crystal! Haha, I love them!
You’re so creative! How did you come up with this idea?
