I really hope their are no shirtless Peeta clips in CF….It’ll take away from Finnick…

tomorrow’s headline: “hundreds of teenage girls around the world found dead due to shirtless hunger games actor pictures.”

@baby-boi– it seems like he might’ve taken it off during downtime. in one of the photos he’s still wearing the top part when they’re filming.

He looks like he has a tattoo on his side. I don’t think this is in the movie, he was probably just hot…although that wouldn’t explain why Jen looks cold.

The suit clings to your body and it does feel uncomfortable and cold. I think Josh took off the top part of his suit since he was hoping to dry off. Still, I can’t believe the extent of the photos we’re getting from the Hunger Games set.

If they are in Oahu as I’ve read they should be this week – believe me – it’s NOT cold. I keep meaning to see how close I can get to the set but haven’t tried yet

Not bad. He’s no Taylor Lautner but he doesn’t look as teenager-ish as I thought he would.

Maybe this is the scene when Peeta hit the force field? Thats explain he is shirtless.. Or he is just hot.

I really like Josh Hutcherson more than a grown woman should be willing to admit, but I do wish he’d get over his tattoo obsession ASAP. I’d love to see him go the Megan Fox removal route one day soon before he has a covered torso and back! He can keep the wrist one for old times’ sake.

That is not a double that is Josh. He had that tattoo done a few months back.

I really hope they don’t turn CF into a chick flick because I don’t wanna see shirtless guys and have all the girls talk about it

My thoughts were in this order:
- We need higher resolution photos!
- An anchor tattoo?! Really?
- Did he shave off his chest hair – I thought he would have to if he’s to get his shirt off at some point, since it’s too dark for a blonde guy…
- But then are they going to have to cover that tattoo…?

I’m pretty certain the actors are just trying to be comfortable, stay dry, etc. between takes, and this is just shirtless JH, not Peeta. If they needed him to be shirtless, professional stage makeup would cover up the tats, no problem, and they’d even out his skin tone too. Maybe they even do that kind of thing during post prod.

I’m amazed by the amount of pics. Are the paps on boats?

I don’t think he looks “to die for” in that picture. Plus, won’t they have to put makeup on that tattoo when they get out of the suites in the movie?

At this point, I don’t really think they’ll be getting out of the wetsuits at all in the arena. You can tell that they didn’t get torn apart by the poisonous fog, and Peeta apparently just got a little charring on his arm and torso from the forcefield. I thought that the sleeveless outfits from the first Atlanta shots would be their arena gear, but they must have been for training. If they had those on under the wetsuits, I think they’d have already shed the wetsuits by the time in the movie these scenes are taking place. They do look pretty uncomfortable, though!

I think this is just rehearsal type stuff and that it’s not in the movie. You can tell they’ve been out in the sun a lot- check out Josh’s farmer tan I absoultely love the shot of him and Francis (Josh is laughing and they’re both in the water.) I trust Francis and his directing more by the day.

It’s clearly rehersal since they’ve got the script in their hands in some photos. People are just wondering if he’ll get his shirt off at some point, since it’s kinda odd for him to take his shirt off and sit there while Jennifer is in a coat and the others are fully dressed. It doesn’t seem like it’s really hot down there.

My thoughts exactly. I think the older you get, the more tattoos seem a little juvenile. Well at least from my perspective. He’s 20 so I’ll cut him some slack but I have to admit he looks great!

On another note, have you guys seen Jenna’s pics? Wow, I love her body! She looks so sleek and lithe.

Callen, you are not helping me here! I feel like I should go talk to a priest just for looking at those pictures, much less wishing they were better resolution.

I’ve never gotten the tat obsession either. At least they’ll edit or cover it up for filming.

Callan and SPM-glad to hear that I am not the only older person who finds herself searching out info on THG/Catching Fire and Jenn and Josh. Josh is as adorable as usual but I also agree with you both on the tattoo fetish he has. Do not mind the wrist tattoo-but really felt he went overboard with the ones on his side and back!(it is his decision to do this although seems too much)
Glad to hear that I am not the only THG fan who is older -it is something I have in common with my daughter and we can discuss both the movies and the books.

Maybe Jenn isnt wearing a coat at all-the more I look at the photo the more I think she might be wearing one of those beauty smocks u wear when getting hour hair dyed or when getting a facial. Any thoughts?
just can not see her walking around with a coat on in Hawaii unless she got sick from filming the water scenes earlier in the week.

@SPM,Callen,&Fczc-I have to keep reminding myself,”old enough to be his mother, old enough to be his mother.” Don’t understand the fascination with the tats either.

I commented in another thread about how he’s finally starting to look older and less like a kid, which makes me feel somewhat less guilty about thinking he’s cute. But I still don’t dwell on it too much, because I am also “old enough to be his mother.”

Luckily makeup will remove that tattoo, I will never know why someone would want a tattoo, all the pain is not worth it, not to mention it will look horrible 20 years later.

After 20 years everything can look horrible.I’m not against tattoos but it is not Peetaish so If we will have a Peeta chest glimpse I do hope they will cover it with makeup
