Wow! what a demented movie, all around. I watched it last night for the 1st time. Why would anyone make something like this? Teens killing each other for the fun of clowns(city people)!
well…its different? isnt it? no how about we make it about children getting put in an arena to be friendly. possibly the worst movie ever. if you really dont like it then just shut up because no one wants to hear your idiotic comments thanks and feck off C:
It’s just a story. They are way more cruel and unpleasant concepts and movies out there, but again– they’re just stories. heard of Battle Royale? same concept– cept 42 kids, with guns. Amazing book. The point is not about the kids killing each other off. If you can’t realise that, then you need to read more books, and start looking deeper into themes. It’s one of the most creative concepts out there, and if this bothers you, then fine. Go watch a movie more suited for you.
ps. “why would anyone make this?” One can say the same for any messed up movie– Saw, The Serbian Film, Lord of The Flies, Battle Royale, Human Centipede…any horror movie, Kill Bill….It’s all about creativity. And besides, violence has been a form of entertainment since forever. And sometimes, the point is to make the viewer cringe and ask “why do such a thing?”
