‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ Advance Posters on Sale
While official posters have yet to go on sale, Amazon.com has what sounds like a limited amount of Catching Fire posters issued in advance by the studio for sale by a third party seller. In total, the poster is $22.

This is a BRAND NEW/UNUSED Near Mint/Mint condition Double Sided Advance ORIGINAL US 1 sheet poster for the movie HUNGER GAMES CATCHING FIRE. The poster measures 27 x 40 and its a guaranteed Original poster.
I’m not positive what “double sided” means, but I think there might be another movie poster on the back. I have several from Comic Con that my cousin sent me that have two Lionsgate posters on them, one on each side. If you want to grab one, there are only 6 left in stock as of this posting!
Update: Our readers have let us know that double sided means the reverse image is on the back, which is for movie theater display purposes.
Double sided means that it has the same poster, but backwards on the other side. It’s so that if you want to display it in a movie theatre poster case, the light shines trough it. I work at a movie theatre, and all of our posters are this way.

Double-sided means just that. The same picture will be on the back, but reversed. They’re for use in back-lit display units you get at movie theaters

Every time I hit refresh on amazon one sells. Now there’s only 4 left.
It sold out for a little while but it has now been restocked and the current price is $14.50 (as Amazon’s supplier’s change, so do their prices upon restocking).
Well, it was $14.50 before too, but with the $7.50 shipping it came out to $22 so I figured I should include the full price.
Oops, yeah, forgot to mention the shipping cost.
But anyway, point being that even if you see the “only X left in stock” messages, usually all they mean is that that’s how many left of their current stock, which, once it runs out, will be replenished.
Do they sell them in Britain? I can’t find them on amazon.co.uk :/

When will we be seeing an official poster? It can’t be much longer until a trailer comes out, right? I like this poster, but I haven’t had a poster on my walls in years. Such hassles to put up, and hard to keep up when their edges go limp! Pretty poster, can’t wait for an official one and a trailer, but I will never purchase another poster unless it’s for one of my own kids, and that won’t be for a very long time.
GUYS! Tomorrow is officially the worst day ever. It’s 304 days after THG came out (counting tomorrow as 1 day) and 304 days until CF (counting only whole days). Basically tonight at midnight we’ll be as far as possible away from either movie! We’re half done waiting!
On a related but not entirely on-topic note, anyone who doesn’t have the poster from the first movie, it’s also on Amazon starting at around $8 with free shipping for an unframed full-sheet poster if anyone is interested (24X36″). I don’t own it but I know that that’s a pretty good price for a poster of that size.
