Round three is well under way in MTV’s Movie Brawl and Catching Fire is currently dead even with Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters! Vote for ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ now by heading over to MTV’s poll.

I did! I was a little proud and embarrassed.
FFFFFF this is hard, I love them both…but I think I will vote for the one more likely to succeed in the box office, as well as the one I became a fan of first.

Why would anybody vote for PJ after the first movie? The books are amazing but the movie was horrible-_______-
I have to disagree…. I was a big fan of the movie and I want to see the second one…. I have not read the books, however, so I have nothing to compare it too.
You should read the books. If the PJ movie was anything like the actual book, I would’ve voted for it, but it was an awful adaptation.
It just told me, “We have received too many votes from you. You can return after a cooling off period.” I guess I was pretty fired up for the movie! (Talk about a multi-leveled pun!)

I’ve never liked the term “Tributes” for THG fans. I’ve preferred “Gamers”, but that, too, didn’t sound quite right.

I can’t believe we’re behind! I love the Percy Jackson series and the Hunger Games series equally, but the Lightning Thief was an unbelievably awful adaption (but I have to confess I liked it before I read the books), and I am extremely wary of the Sea of Monsters. At least (I hope) it cannot be such a character slaughter as the first movie was.

Absolutely love both The Hunger Games and Percy Jackson, but the Hunger Games sequel so far seems much more promising as an adaptation than Sea of Monsters. I LOVED that book, I’ve read it at least four times, but it annoys me because the first movie was such a fail. They have the very smallest chance of saving the franchise, and I’m surprised they’ve even made it this far.

CF is lagging behind folks…I mean the Percy Jackson series is great and all but really has nothing on HP and that’s not even in this race so CF for me besides the characters in CF are more interesting, I mean Katniss anyone? Peeta? Finnick *fan girl screams lol* Gale? We managed to beat the host folks and that was no easy feat with stephenie meyers fans and the twihards but we did it. We can’t lose now.
Uhmm.. Im pretty sure the percy jackson books are great, but the last movie sucked. So I would vote for the Hunger Games even if I wasnt a fan..
We can still win… just not by much. 50.2% to 49.2% Catching Fire in the lead. This is a pretty close battle, which is shocking since the first Percy Jackson didn’t do that well in the Boxoffice and The Hunger Games did exceptionally well.
