More Capitol Portraits to be Revealed Soon

Along with the character portrait of Effie Trinket, Capitol Couture has also revealed a countdown to more portraits to come soon, along with a link to a new webpage, CapitolPortraits.pn, where we now can see a new empty chair, with an announcement that the next portrait will be unveiled today at 3 pm PT (that’s less than FIVE HOURS from now!) on Fandango’s twitter. For a hint as to who’s to come, we can take a look at the caption?
