We're here to have fun with other Hunger Games fans with discussion, contests, the Jabberjays podcast, and an up to date news blog that covers anything related to the books or the upcoming film that is being made by Lionsgate.

Episode 44 of Hunger Games Fireside Chat will air live this Monday, January 30, at 10pm ET/7pm PT! This week, our panel of experts will include some of our fabulous friends from Down with the Capitol, Sam of District Tribute and Panem Radio, Crystal of Mockingjay.net andFictionalFood.net, Kait of Victor’s Village, Natalie of Crushable, and Ariel of Nerdy, Wordy, and Almost Thirty (psst…she’s also the lead singer of Madam Pince and the Librarians)!

So, what can you expect?

- After briefly chatting about the March 2012 issue of Empire magazine that’s chock full of Hunger Gamesawesomeness, we’ll speak with Dr. Jen Scott Curwood of the University of Sydney about the role that The Hunger Games has played in her research on literature, literacy, and online spaces.
- We’ll then discuss Capitol Couture and The Hunger Games‘ chances at next year’s Oscars.
- To conclude, we’ll react to the strangest Crackpot Theory we’ve ever heard (hint: it’s Madge-related).
