I'm not a fan of Rita Skeeter as Effie... I haven't found a good Effie yet, in fact.

As for Keira Knightley as Johanna... that's an interesting idea, though in my mind Johanna has a slightly different look.

Ya at first i didn't think of keira knightlety, but then i was looking at this picture and i was like, hmm... she could possibly be a good choice. but i still dont know if she's quite right, but she's the closest person i've found so far.

For me, Katniss has sharp facial features, also sharp eyebrows, darkbrown hair... Her eyes piercing through. Not at all "cute", but very fierce. (lol )
At first I imagined Peeta as Butters from South Park, but that kind of killed me until I found The Hunger Games website and saw that picture. Lol, figured Butters with a masculine body wouldn't fit. Heh.
Gale - See Yuki in Akkan Baby, not the personality but the looks. Kind of. Pointy black hair and a thin body, still muscular.

For Rue, I didn't really get the line where it says that she has dark skin, so I always saw her as someone with a round face, hazelnut eyes and brown stripey hair.
Foxface... Red hair, freckles, mischievous gaze. Thin body, olive colored skin.
Cato - a muscular, "stupid" looking person.
Clove - Dark hair but still with the looks of a model.
Glimmer - Lol I actually imagined her sparkling because of her name.

I know she's not that important of character. but she has an awesome death, and I always nailed Glimmer as Kristen Bell. And Clove as Kristen Storms.

I think peeta should be played by a boy at my school. literally i held the official pic next to him and they were identical.

^^I've seen two guys who kinda matched up to my Peeta image. They weren't the stocky build Peeta is supposed to be, but I always pictured him thin and more wiry anyways. They both looked kinda-sorta similar to Alex Pettyfer.

I've noticed that teenage boys are just wiry in general, because I too have tried to find a Peeta among my peers, and I'm always put off by how skinny they are.
But there is one guy who's pretty close, and he has a stronger frame, so...yeah.
